Our standard hire periods are six or eight weeks from installation, which aligns with the typical Sydney sales campaign. That covers pre-launch photography, the four-week on-market period, and any final negotiation. If you need a longer hire from the outset, we can tailor the period to suit your campaign.

Yes. Every piece we install is covered by our own insurance while on site, in transit, and during collection. Damage from fire, flood or theft is not something you need to worry about. Just let us know if anything happens so we can make appropriate arrangements. Please note the supplied furniture is for display only, not for use.

We cover all of Greater Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, CBD, Lower and Upper North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Inner and Outer West, and the Sutherland Shire. If your property sits outside these areas, get in touch. We frequently take on jobs in adjacent regions.

Styling fees are payable prior to installation. We accept bank transfer and credit card payment. Fees for the hire period are itemised upfront in your quote.

Full styling is the complete service where we supply and install every piece, including all furniture, artwork, rugs, and décor. Partial styling works alongside your existing furniture, adding and rearranging to lift the overall presentation. For vacant homes or complete pre-sale refreshes, full styling is the right choice. Full styling is priced per property, depending on home size, number of rooms, furniture tier, and length of campaign. For a tailored quote, share your property details and timing.

For most homes, we install within one to two weeks of booking. For time-sensitive campaigns, we regularly turn installs around faster with sufficient notice. We offer a same-day response to all new enquiries. Installation typically takes between 4-6 hours on the day. 

Yes. Smaller homes can actually benefit more from styling because every room matters and buyers form first impressions quickly. The ROI holds up across property sizes, provided the sale price is high enough that a small percentage uplift justifies the investment.

We collect everything at the end of your campaign. It is a full supply-and-collect service included in your package.
