So how does the process work? Firstly, your home stylist will inspect the property at a mutually suitable time, either with the owner and/or the agent. We can also provide quotations from a floor plan. Recommendations will then be made with regard to any repair work, painting or de-cluttering that could be done. Then, depending whether the property is vacant or partially furnished, the number of rooms to be furnished and the Style best suited to the target market will be discussed. The Stylist will take measurements in order to ensure the proportions of the furniture and furnishings including art work to be installed are in keeping with the space and the traffic flow of buyers during inspection. It is also necessary to check the access to the property and anticipate any issues before they arise. Sizes of any doorways, stairwells or lifts where some larger items of furniture might need fit will be assessed in advance of delivery. Some photographs will also be taken to show existing colour schemes, positioning of windows and doors and any other features like fireplaces or built in cabinets which will influence the best placement of furniture,

Following inspection we will provide a complete itemised quote of the proposed furniture and furnishings to be installed along with images of property staging that has been done for other properties, so that everyone can be assured of the quality of the end result. We own, store and maintain all our stock in order to keep it in excellent condition and to be able to deliver the very best. This also enables us to co-ordinate our soft furnishings and colour schemes in house and not be reliant on what is available from exterior furniture hire companies.
